Fried Puffed Puri Recipe:
In large bowl take flour (100g flour for 5 nos. of fried puffed Puri)

Add 25-30ml lukewarm water,50g curd,1g ajwain seeds. Mix well & start kneading. Give rest to dough for 10 min. to develop softness and texture.

Now roll out a few balls, flatten it, round it & place it for frying in hot oil – enjoy fried puffed Puri with gravy or curry of your choice.

Use this flour to make multiple Gluten free dishes like -GF Breads, Kulcha, Pav, Snacks, Puri, Kachori etc.
